The designers Tahhan & Bushnaq reflected their modern design approach that can be noticed in all project spaces. Various materials and finishes were introduced and the impact of lighting although significant was minimal. There was a lot of areas where contrast was found as the client was open for such an approach. Corridors were lit with uplighters, stair cases with orientation lighting, and outdoor areas with lighting just where it is needed.

The overall effect was favorable to client and designer and ICC was able to provide different tools and techniques to facilitate this end result.
