ICC was delighted to receive an invitation to give a glimpse into the world of lighting design from a practical point of view to students of the American University of Madaba (AUM). Being a practitioner in Jordan since it was established, ICC was represented by both Managing Director Eng. Ali Homoud and Design Team Leader Eng. Rowa'a Abdullah during the two hour long session.
Arch. Karma Gammo who administered the course on Lighting Design at AUM wanted to link between both theoretical and practical views on the subject, giving further focus on the advantages of lighting design and adequate use of lighting tools in satisfying a project design.
The students of the Interior Design Degree were presented both technical and practical tools of light, as well as a case study on lighting design to further in their understanding of the impact of lighting on interior and exterior spaces.
